These reminders are informational not promotional. Message and data rates may apply. If you would like to opt-out of receiving these text and email reminders, please respond “stop” to opt-out. If you need help regarding these reminders, please respond “help” or call our office at 770-767-0334. It is your responsibility to keep this information accurate and up-to-date. We require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide such notice will result in a missed appointment penalty, as specified in our policy.
